At naivetu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your naivetu account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
